Free readings, ads, and Dream Catcher+

Recording, editing, and the clarifying questions are part of the journal. The longer written exploration is where Free and Plus diverge.

On the free plan, that exploration opens after a rewarded ad. The ad is there so the writing can be read without a subscription. Dream Catcher confirms the reward before it treats the exploration as unlocked. The ad is a Google rewarded unit, not a banner sitting on top of the transcript.

Dream Catcher+ is purchased in Google Play. The app does not grant Plus because a button was tapped. It grants Plus after Play confirms the subscription. Plus removes ads from readings. It also adds three things the free journal does not do: Keep talking, a conversation attached to the dream that you can leave and come back to; email of the exploration to the address on your account; and patterns across dreams.

You cancel Plus in Google Play, in the subscription settings for your Google account. Deleting your Dream Catcher account does not cancel that Play subscription by itself.
